How do you make the white part of your eyes whiter?

i came to the conclusion that when the white part is really white, it makes your eyes look much better. like if the white part was yellow that would be really ugly. heres some pic, sorry im kind of confusing:

which looks better? ones white and one is kind of yellow and bloodshot. i asked my mom and she said something about diet but she doesn't really know. do you know how to make them whiter and more healthy?

Use eyedrops for irradiated eyes.

Well visine is only a temporary fix and constant use of it will damage your eyes making them light sensitive and dry.

It IS all about your diet!! Your eyes are telling you "Im not healthy!" You need lots of fruits and veggies and water!
