How do you make these kind of videos without the sounds? Please answer =]

I kinda want to make on of myself, like saying something or whatever but with no sound.

how do you do it? is there a website where you can do it? I know you have to record it with something, but with what?

Its not a video.

And yes you can download software to make them.

um i think you can record your voice on your computer (if you have a recording device) and load it onto like windows movie maker or something. if not try looking up numerous websites.

Those are gif images, which are small image files that quickly flip a limited number of frames one after the other to look like movement just like cartoons. They have a limited amount of colours they can support and some other technical limitations. The ones you were looking at were video files converted to meet these limitations and split up into frames that gifs use. There are programs you can download for free that will do this and there are also websites you can go to where you submit the video you want to convert and they convert it for you. The first link is for a program and the others are the online services. You can also make your own gif from pictures on your computer with programs that string them together like a cartoon. There's probably alot of other sites you culd go to that will do this for you these are just a few that came up when I looked but as for the program it was kind of hard to find one that didn't want you to pay for it in some way so this might be your only choice unless you want to spend a long time searching.

they're not videos, they're a type of picture file called a .gif

they're really annoying to make
