How do you make this centerpiece?!?

i'll use flowers instead though. what is the glass container around the candle called? where can i get them? and what can i put underneath the whole thing to make it all one peice? i really need help as i'm having a party SOON!

The centrepiece is stuck onto a cork mat, they are sold as table protectors at hardstores,the glass piece is just a glass vase, again, bought anywhere. the flowers are bought at craft shops, pretty is,nt it. go make some, and make a buck or two lol. Hope thats helped. good luck.
