You need seed beads, beading thread and a beading needle. Measure your wrist or ankle for the size and buy beads the color you like. It would be hard to find instructions because it's a very simple one. They generally only give directions for more complicated patterns. It's only plain strung beads. If it is a bead bracelet you tie a knot on 1 end about 10 times. Then you put the beads on. If you want a string bracelet e-mail me.
