How do you make this in Adobe?

I'm just curious..How do they draw in Adobe? Do they use something like a pen that is connected to the pc? or they do it just using brushes?

Well, if they do it using only that brushes..wooow..O.O

There are a number of different ways to draw on the computer. The Adobe software company provides Photoshop and Illustrator, but there are other applications as well.

You can get the picture into the computer by scanning a sketch, or you can draw with a pen-like stylus on a digital tablet (Wacom Bamboo is a very good one to start with and is under $100) or with the mouse or the touchpad.

that looks hand drawn. but some people do use drawing tablets. the real good ones are real expensive. A good one I like is the Adesso drawing tablet. It's $1,300. X__X

Looks hand drawn to me IMO, might have been drawn by traditional pencil and paper, inked then scanned (colors might have been adjusted), or was created digitally by Adobe Photoshop or Corel Painter with a pen tablet ($_$), from start to finish. Really looks hand drawn though..
