How do you make this kind of pony tail?

It seems like there is alot of volume to the hair at the top of the scalp, and then the pony tail usually is a medium to low pony tail. I just don't know how to get that high volume look starting at the forehead and throughout the scalp. I hope you guys are understanding what I'm talking about. Do you use bobby pins? What are your tricks? Thanks!

I finally know how they do that thing, thanks lucky. I've always thought it looked like a mix between a head from the movie aliens and a 50s beehive, but it's in fashion so whatever. I do like the small bangs pouf though I guess the mini me version of the full pouf.
