I would like to know how you can make a photo like thi sone :

i dont know exactly how to do it. but try downloading adobe photoshop.

Use Layers and Layer Opacity to create the transparent effect, also using the Eraser with the "fuzzy" brush selected will create a faded, "blended in" effect.

Most people on here are going to say photoshop, but it costs hundreds of dollars. Download GIMP, it's a free knockoff.

Create a mask around pictures of people you have, and change softness and opacity of tools in order to make areas fades or semi-transparent. Play with "levels" in order to make colors stronger and stand out more. GIMP doesn't support "layer" options but if using Photoshop, use them to text after rasterizing in order to give that title a 3 look.

Or in other words, download GIMP and follow the tutorials and you can make things just like that. (Many tutorials for Photoshop will also apply to GIMP)

It can be done on simple programs such as Jasc Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop CS2.

You can download a free trial online. just type the proogram name into google.

and it's basically a blend. (the proper name is blend)

go to outspokenkate.com and click the "tutorials" button.which idk, that might be under the "content" section. there are guides on how to creat such things, as well as tonssss of other things.

it takes some time to master, so just keep practicing!!
