How do you make those chair covers? Is there an pattern online?

I don't need this for a wedding, but I think my mom would like these for the plain chairs that she has. I'm asking in this section since chair covers seem to be popular for weddings elsewhere. I've never attended a wedding that had them. Any links as to how to make these?

I doubt you'd find a free pattern online (it'd be impossible to print, anyway!) but here's something you could order (or probably find at your local fabric store!).
