How do you make tie blankets?

okay so i have a question how do u make those tie blankets the ones where u buy the soft fleece fabric from walmart or wherever and then u tie it at the ends can anyone tell me step by step how to do this?

It's quite simple actually.

First buy the fabric. I would get a little bit longer then what you anticipate the blanket being because it will end up being shorter once you put the blanket together. Then lay the two pieces of fabric out on top of each other. Make sure they line up as precise as you can make it. Then take some fabric scissors and cut about an inch up into the fabric. Just keep cutting around the blanket, maybe about a half inch apart from every slit.  You can really cut up as high as you want and make each slit as far apart as you want. There is no wrong or right way to do it. I think it's easier to have someone cut and have someone else behind them tying as you go around the blanket. Trust me I am like the least craftiest person ever and I did it with no problems.
