Im going to California and Im really excited.How do you make time go faster?

Why is this in the board games category?  Anyways, keep yourself occupied and time will seem to move faster.  Go out with your friends, read a book, play video games, anything to keep you busy, and before you know it, you'll be on your way to California!

Since you can't make time go faster without being a deity, I would suggest that you load up your ipod with cool songs, get your hand held gaming device and lots of batteries and have fun.  Don't drink too much liquid, because it will make you uncomfortable, and if possible get one of those portable movie players and watch movies.  Have fun.

Travel at near-light speed.  Except it won't really go faster to you, only to everybody else.  And actually not until you return...okay, never mind.

You can't really make the time go faster.  You can keep busy so it will seem to go faster.  Instead of trying to make the time go faster look at it this way - this is one of the best parts of your trip to California - the anticipation of it.  Spend the time planning what you will do, making sure you have packed everything you need, etc.  Enjoy your trip.
