you must have some software to load your torrents up in first.

try http://www.utorrent.com very light and easy to use.

once loaded your torrent up, to make your torrent download go super speeds you need to forward your ports from your router to utorrent.

try http://www.portforward.com and look up your routers model and how to insert the ports. hope it helps
