How do you make volleyball net poles?

We would like to make them out of PVC plumbing so if you have any experience on making these please let me know. thanks=]

Just get 2 long stick and make sure they stay up the just get a long net and there you go!

yea maybe use two inch pipe and drill lil holes in it to put some rope through to make stake strings to hold the pole up

PVC pipe would be good.  As they have said above, drill some holes so that you can put rope/wire through to hold the tension in your system.  The bigger the pipe that you can use, the better.  If you are thinking that you might have a lot of play, you might have to re-inforce the pipe.  Two ideas.  Two different size pipe, one inside the other.  I mean the two sizes close to each other.  2 and 2 1/2 inches or 2 1/2 and 3 inches.  Or you can use the 2 and 3 inches and drill your holes for the eye bolts.  Then fill the gap with some concrete.  That will make you poles a little heavier to carry, but a lot stronger.  

If you think it will be more of a picnic style game, single PVC pipe should be strong enough.
