How do you make wood rot?

My neighbours have this fence, and they didn't use treated wood, and broke several other fence building laws. Is there a chemical or something that I can spray this fence with so the wood rots down!? I hate their fence.

It is never a good idea to take the law in your own hands, if he has broken zoning laws, contact the zoning commission, or city inspector, they will make him remove it.

If you do something to destroy his property and are caught, you can be fined, do time in jail, and or be sued.

look, just get a big fire going, and accidentily put the fire onto there fence.. you didnt do it on purpose.

Not unless you want to pay fines and possible jail time for vandalism.  If the neighbors own the fence, there is nothing you can do except report it to the permit dept of your local government.

It would be very difficult, wood has natural antibiotic properties. Why not just call the town hall or the HOA? That being said, I'd take a fence over a neighbor anyday! I wish my d**n neighbors would go ahead and put some up lol...
