How do you make your PSP run Homebrew?

Like i wanted to play this game called "Gunnar Hero" but it says your PSP must have homebrew, how do i do that?

  1. Whats your firmware? you can either downgrade to 1.50 or 2.00 or Upgrade to 3.90 m33-3 or any previous m33 firmwares
