  1. I had weak arms when I was first larning my back handsprings. At my gym, we basically worship push-ups, pull-ups. Any conditioning that can strengthen your arms, do. The results will show quickly. Also, most the time the mre back walkover/ back handsprings you do, even if their spotted your getting stronger in your arms.

  2. work on stretching and holding a clean and tight bridge for as long as you can and do push ups and planks and do lunges and squats for your leg muscle.

  3. practice alot of bridges, do alot of stretching esspecially on your wrists. you do need arm strength but more leg strength for a back walkover, do some frog jumps and sume running. for your arms do some push ups and learn a backwalkover before your back handspring. you also have to be flexable with your back. you need more leg strength for back handsprings. but make sure you go to a gymnasium or have a spot before you do both!!

STRETCH AND PRACTICE BRIDGES! good luck.

  4. Make sure you steach first thing!!! Make sure the parts you are going to use most like arms and legs nice and storng to do that cuz you don't want to pop anything. and steaching is that best it be strong enough i remeber how I used to be like that a week after I new I was strong eoughn so now I no how to do it.

Hope That Helps and rememeber streach for about 20-30 minutes!

  5. I really doubt that your arms are the problem.  Your legs have to have the spring, yes, but your arms just receive the landing, that's all.
