WD40 on the hinges then open it and close it a few times and it'll stop

get a hammer and a center punch and pound out one of your hinge pins. drip a little heavy oil in there. put the pin back in and repeat for the rest of the hinges. this will take care of the squeak for several years if you use a good heavy oil.
