  1. i have light skin so it might be different for you

i put dark mascuraa on and i have blue eyes blounde hair

and then smoky white mixed with blue eyes shadow

    and then light eye liner

    pretty

  2. Don't Put Your Eyeliner On The Waterline That Just Makes Them Look Smaller Put Two Coats Of Mascara On The Upper and Lower Eyelashes and With The Eyeshadow Blend It Out To The Brow Bone And Highlight It With Like A Silvery Or White Colour

    Hope It Helped

  3. Well remember it is EYEliner, not lidliner. You need to try your best to apply any eyeliner as close to the eye as you can.  Do not apply eyeliner to the bottom of your eye, it will make it look smaller.

Whites make your eyes look bigger, I would invest in a very light color, not necessarily stark white, but a white tone, where you can take the tip of the shadow applicator and put just a little under your bottom eye lashes.

Also, apply a light color just under your eyebrows, at the top of the brow, it gives your eyes the appearance of being more lifted and more awake.

  4. bright eyeshadows make your eyes look bigger. Try using the eyeliner only at the bottom and not so close to your lower lashes. Curl your eyelashes a lot and apply a lot of mascara and your lower and upper eyelashes and you're done

  5. Don't listen to most of the previous advice! Use a chocolate or black eyeliner on your top lids only; lining the bottom will make the eye look smaller. Get as close to the lash line as possible. Start at the inner part of your top lid with a very thin line. Make it gradually thicken at the middle of your  lid and carry it a little past your lash line on the outside with the natural curve of your eyelashes. This will also make your lashes look bigger. For eyeshadow blend a darker color into your crease and apply a lighter color (cream, silver, etc.) on the inner corner of the eye. For mascara, comb and curl your lashes, then apply two coats to top lashes and one quick coat to the bottom. I suggest MAC products but Covergirl lash exact is a great mascara.
