How do you make your eyes pop?

Question

I've just started wearing make up, for 2months,

but i'd like to make my eyes pop!

I have brown eyes, any thoughts?Should i use brighter colors?

One technique I use to really make my eyes stand out is apply a little bit of white shimmer cream to the center of my lids before I put on the eyeliner and shadow. (They have plenty of other color options too, I just like the white because it blends into a nice neutral sparkle.) If you just use a little bit, you get a fresh, subtle shimmer that adds some dimension. I find it's like night and day when I use this vs. when I go without it.

For eye liner use drown brown or black, and go over the outer corners of your eyes a couple times. this makes your eyes more outlined and define the shape.

On the inner corners (aka tear holes) of your eyes dab cream or white eye shadow, but only in that area. this makes your eyes look bigger.

For eyeshadow, gold and copper tones are nice for brown eyes.

Lastly mascara, black is the best color for all eyes i think. if you what a bit more attention grabbing look, do 2-3 coates, but otherwise just a a few strokes on your lashes will be fine.

go to the store and pick out Almay eyeshadow, bringing out the brown. they also have mascara and eyeliner for bringing out the brown.

u could use brighter colors, or u could try colored eyeliners instead of the regualr black and brown. try a medium blue, or purple.

Line the inner rim, and inner corner with a white eyeliner or a shimmery nude. Then a coat of deep black mascara and liquid black eyeliner on the top

purples & blue r really nice wiv brown eyes, will make them pop

greens, gold & browns will look nice & natural - just base the shade on ur skin tone , if ur pale go for soft shades, if ur dark u can go for darker shades

You can play around with different shades, i have brown eyes and i use greens alot, and i also have a plum color from MAC line and i really love it. Highlight browbone and eyelid blend darker shade in crease the key is the blend. I use like a black eyeliner on top (brown isnt dark enough for me) and on bottom lid also but not on the whole bottom lid. Line from outside to a little over half way and stop. Take the lighter shade that you used to highlight browbone to start from corner of inside bottom lid to where you stopped the eyeliner. Curl your lashes and then apply mascara. If you can figure out of to get fake lashes on they really make the eyes pop. Dont make yourself look drag though. Hope this helps alittle. Good luck! P.S. Practice makes perfect.
