How do you make your guinea pig stop running around the cage?

Hello, I have two guinea pigs. One Mr. Cuddles and one Squeaky. I'm having trouble with Mr. Cuddles. Randomly when I'm in my room, he'll start squeaking and running around his cage. Not only does it make a mess, it's annoying. So I was wondering, is there something specificly wrong I'm doing? Please help me.

You don't do anything. He is happy and doing zoomies around the cage. You sit back, laugh, and be glad your guinea pig is happy.

I had guinea pigs, and I found this quite annoying, too(at 1AM), but it just means they are happy! Guinea Pigs make noise, that's just what they do. Running around the cage is good exercise for them, and it's what they like to do.
