How do you make your man truly happy?

What really makes a man truly happy in a relationship? My Finance and I are both about to be Married, and Parents for the first time. So things are definitely changing, and change always scares me. Basically i just want to know, how do you keep a man still interested, happy, what are the every day little things you can do, and the not so little things you can do, to keeps things going on a happy level?

A  typically one of both of you will feel like the other has put you on the back burner when a baby comes, so if you make a extra effort to make him feel wanted and desired after the birth might be a good start.

You'll probably be tempted to stay in when your baby is born. You may also feel uncomrtable leaving your baby with someone else. It can create friction later though, as you guys never have any 'you' time. So rely on your friends and family to give you guys some of that one on one bonding...you'll need it foe the challanges of a new born baby!

Always treat him with respect, kindness and friendship - along with compromise and understanding, those are the most important factors that should always be present in a healthy relationship  =)
