How do you make your myspace profile all in one centered box?

i have seen myspace profile's that are small with no scrolling and i want mine to be like that!! but i have no flippin idea how! somebody help!!

I have one. They are DIV Layouts. Just look them up on google there are all kinds. Some are really complicated and weird but those ones that don't have modules and don't usually scroll are also DIV Layouts.
