  1. I'll try not to brag or anything but people call my serves "bullets."

to make it stronger and faster you need to have a strong hitting hand first. When you serve, hit the ball as hard as you do when you spike the ball. That will make your serve stronger.

That happens with me too. My serves usually hit the net once in awhile since my serves are low. What you should do is try having higher tosses or bring your hand higher up when you serve the ball

  2. Try a harder toss then make sure to make good contact with it get a faster arm swing then snap the wrist, and PRACTICE!

  3. Of course keep practicing, but keep your eye on the ball, try opening you had so you grab more surface area on the ball and always follow through with you arm.  Dont stop short right after you hit it.  It takes time to master a good overhand serve, even the best hit the net.  If you are always hitting the net try to hit the ball when it is higher in the air.  Sounds like you are hitting it when it is coming down but too low.

  4. Keep your wrist and arm firm! you do not want them to be weak or the ball won't have any control. Also do not toss your ball so high cause the longer you wait the worse. Each time you serve the ball it probably will be at a different height and you will have to hit a different time which will throw you off. Lastly when tossing the ball try not to move as much cause you will change the position that your body is originally at. Hopefully this helps!!

  5. If it keeps hitting the net trying tossing it higher
