How do you make your own background with your name in the background??

Question

i want to make a background on myspace with my name glowing in it

because i met a girl who makes her own backgrounds but she wont tell me where she makes them.

and also i didnt add this in the question

because it wouldnt let me, but how do you

design your own pics on paint shop

on your computer??? and im not

talking about blingee,glitterfy,etc.

i don't know about the backround thing but for the designing pictures you can go to ..... picnik.com or fotoflexer.com and then you just upload a photo
