How do you make your own picture frames?

i have a bunch of pictures that i need framed and would like to make this my "project" so-to-say, So how do you make picture frames?

I use builder's moulding from Home Depot or Lowe's, and use a Nobex mitre saw. I've also got an old-school frame clamp. Cut the pieces to length, thin coat of Elmer's glue on each end, and clamp it up overnight. Stain when set. I reinforce the joints with a 5/16" staple, cut mats to fit, hinge my print to the backboard, and get glass at Hobby Lobby.
