For a non monetized or sales website, I would suggest going to Godaddy.com or site build it. Those are relatively inexpensive options. You can even find good website creating software out there that is less expensive, but once the site is built you have to find someone to host it for you. With Godaddy, they do it all. You can build your own using their tools, and it's not difficult to do, and they will host it for you. Getting traffic is not as critical as you are not using it as a sales site. If you are not comfortable creating it Godaddy will do it for you, for a fee.
