  1. for this, repentance should come from the depth of your heart. it should be alone as to no one is aware of you repenting because I believe thats the time when we are so helpless that we start crying due to our sins. we cry we fall is sajood in front of Allah and we beg in front of him for the forgiveness, we feel so ashamed, so low so bad in front of him. WE cry cry cry and cry and ask Allah for his mercy, for his forgiveness and we know that inshaAllah Allah will forgive us inshaAllah,

to err is human, one shall not repeat the committed sin, atleast try not to,,, and repentence should always be there, till your last breath, because we do not know when we commit sin, consciously or unconsciously, we commit sins.

May Allah forgive us, and shower his blessings and mercy upon all the muslims-ameen ~!

  2. repentance is a "turning away from" whatever you have knowingly done wrong. repentance is only sincere when you are truly sorry for what you have done wrong and have the desire and the intention not to do it again. of course, you cannot keep to this intention by yourself, you need God's help to do so. ask His forgiveness and mercy and for His help to keep you from doing this wrong anymore. there is nothing you can "do" to make your repentance sincere, God knows your heart, and if you are trying to work up a repentance, then it isn't real. repentance comes from deep in your heart and only God will bring you to true repentance. if you know you have done wrong, just admit it to God and say sorry and ask God to forgive you.x

  3. yes we must repent until the last breath hoping for allah's 4giveness & fearing wat if  I'm caught 4 that action. This inshallah will always be a as reminder to turn toward Allah & not relax ,sit back & think O' I'm forgiven. allah likes his repentning servant & the door of Tawbah is open until ur soul is taken out.

  4. By repenting from your heart and meaning it.

&& Nazia - Crying when you repent dosn't mean more unless you genuinly mean it. Tears mean nothing unless those tears are felt in the heart first. Crying comes naturally when you really mean it.

  6. You do Dthikr. You think. Was that just worth it? Look at the consequences. Life is so short. Look how Allah has blessed me, and how I just was so heedless of him.

You think and you ponder until your heart surrenders itself to Allah, and you find yourself in the most beautiful state of your life, InshaAllah. Allah's Mercy. Subhan Allah.

Repentence has it's requirements in Islam.

    1. Whatever sin you were commiting, you must stop immediately, and vow before Allah that you will stop.

    2. You can't ever do it again. You must really be serious about that. You have to hate to do it again and find yourself in that state where you feel distanced from Allah..

    3. Then, there must be sincerity in your repentance, where you ask for His Mercy.

Not say, Oh well I'll do it now and repent later.

May Allah Forgive you and bring you closer to Him and strengthen your iman brother.

  7. Are you afraid that Allah will not forgive you?

And whoever does evil or wrongs himself but afterwards seeks Allâh's forgiveness, he will find Allâh OftForgiving, Most Merciful. (An-Nisa 4:110)

And obey Allâh and the Messenger (Muhammad SAW) that you may obtain mercy.

And march forth in the way (which leads to) forgiveness from your Lord, and for Paradise as wide as are the heavens and the earth, prepared for Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2).

Those who spend [in Allâh's Cause - deeds of charity, alms, etc.] in prosperity and in adversity, who repress anger, and who pardon men; verily, Allâh loves Al-Muhsinûn (the gooddoers).

And those who, when they have committed Fahishah (illegal sexual intercourse etc.) or wronged themselves with evil, remember Allâh and ask forgiveness for their sins; - and none can forgive sins but Allâh -

And do not persist in what (wrong) they have done, while they know.

For such, the reward is Forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens with rivers flowing underneath (Paradise), wherein they shall abide forever. How excellent is this reward for the doers (who do righteous deeds according to Allâh's Orders). (Aali Imran 3:132-136)

Allah's Messenger (sallAllaahu `alaihi wasallam) said:Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, stretches out His Hand during the night so that the people repent for the fault committed from dawn till dusk and He stretches out His Hand during the day so that the people may repent for the fault committed from dusk to dawn (He would accept repentance) before the sun rises in the west (before the Day of Resurrection). Sahih Muslim Number 6664

Allah's Messenger (sallAllaahu `alaihi wasallam) said that Allah thus stated: When My servant draws close to Me by the span of a palm, I draw close to him by the space of a cubit, and when he draws close to Me by the space of a cubit, I draw close to him by the space (covered) by two hands, and when he draws close to Me by the space (covered) by two hands, I go in hurry towards him. Sahih Muslim Number 6473

    Hadith - Qudsi 34

O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. O son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great at it.

Allah is the MOST FORGIVING, and He Loves to Forgive... it is a matter of ours if WE turn to Him or not.
