  1. I throw tomatoes, red onion, garlic, cilantro, lime, salt and pepper into the food processor and give it a whirl.

You can add corn or black beans for a change

  2. grill whole tomatos. take off the burnt skin and add to the salsa mix. very tasty

  3. Tomatoes, red/green jalapenos, purple onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt & pepper - all mixed in a food processor.  And if you're really looking for a twist - add crushed pineapple. It is sooo good!

  4. I use tomatoes, onions, serrano peppers (sometimes halbenero), garlic cloves, cilantro, lime juice and a tiny bit of salt.

  5. I buy packets from the store to go with the tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Its really good. Also add some lime juice to it. And maybe you can substitute the tomatoes with rotel with lime juice in it.

  6. Here's mine I posted on Ehow:

  7. I make this at least once a week:

    1 whole bunch fresh cilantro

    fresh oregano

    1 whole white onion, quartered

    2 green bell peppers, quartered

1-4 jalapeno, serrano or Anaheim peppers, seeded

    2-3 vine-ripe tomatoes (or 3-4 Roma), quartered

1 TB. EACH olive oil and white vinegar

    2 TB. minced garlic

Pulse the cilantro in food processor until finely minced.  Pulse veggies in food processor until chunky-chopped.  Add everything together and let sit at least an hour .....

  8. Start with the basics and add...

    Chopped Cilantro

minced Garlic (gives it a punch) I use a garlic press

    a squeeze of lemon

    Salt to favor.

    :D

  9. I add some minced garlic, red onions, fresh lime juice and cilantro.  You could also add diced avocado's and salad shrimp.  Had that at a party one time, it was great.  Another option would be to add corn and black beans.  I am hungry now:-)

  10. Fresh roma tomatoes, diced

    Cilantro

    Fresh minced garlic

    Kosher salt

    Black pepper

    A drizzle of olive oil

    Splash of lime juice

    Diced scallions

Mix together and let it chill

And to add a real twist, boil some bowtie pasta and mix salsa with the pasta and serve as a salad.  Might add a bit more olive oil to coat pasta.  Great eating.
