How do you make your toilet not as full with water in the bowl?

Right now i have to bathrooms in my house, One of them has an average amount of water in it. The other seems to be very full, I was wondering if someone a plumber or someone who knows about toilets if they could tell me how I could change it so that my toilet bowl has less water, is there something i could do in th back of the tank? Thanks alot!

Dont' mess with the guts inside the tank, they won't fix anything you'll make it worse. Sorry that's the hand you were dealt. if it's a got a lot of water it should flush well so it's a good thing

the toilets are designed to specific details.  DO NOT adjust or alter any settings if you want maximum performance.

there is the water tank at the back of the toilet and there is the toilet bowl itself.

The tank water level is adjustable

The bowl level is not.

Are you having flushing problems with the water going down the bowl???

yes  ,you  adjust  the  height  of  the  water  inside the tank...

The water level in the bowl is determined by the height of the p trap cast in the porcalin you cannot change this
