  1. HOW COULD YOU!!! You have the AUDACITY to ask a question like that!!!!! well then download audacity. It has a lot of voice modulation options as welll as tons of other options from noice reduction to simple gain increase. You may need a very lame converter to convert the audacity file to mp3 format.
