How do you make your yahoo 360 visible to the public?

how do you make your yahoo 360 visible to the public?, there is no option for me in the "edit my info" section to allow my to make it visible

The disappearing stuff from the profile pages is getting worse this week.

This is what I can do to explain how to set your pages to public in a easy to understand and do step by step..

If when you access your editing pages for any of your postings on Yahoo and some of the information is not available to you.. well .. it is Yahoo.. and the problems and bugs are getting worse each passing day.. Contacting Yahoo about the problem is a waste of your time friend.. they are not fixing the 360 maintenance problems any longer..

We are going to lose the Yahoo 360 bloggers pretty soon according to the yahoo product blog which can be read at this link..

Now I will get on with trying to help you fix a buggy page without Yahoo helping out..

1. At the top of your 360 pages is a toolbar .. Find and click onto the Settings option.

2. On the top left hand side of the page are three editing options for your 360 postings.

3. Click onto each one and put all available privacy settings on the Public Setting and then save the changes on each page by going to the bottom of that page and clicking SAVE.

4. After you have done this if the information is available to you to do the preceding steps.. then go to the toolbar and click onto MY PAGE

5. Each module we have to use for our profile information has its own edit page.. and its own privacy settings for that module.. If you have these drop down privacy setting menu options .. set each one to Public.. and bottom of page.. and Save.

6. To view your page as the public will view it.. At the top of your MY PAGE.. there is a little gadget that Simply says

View My Page As.. and then another drop down menu.. which you will choose Public.. and then click the go option.. it will bring up the page called your Top Page that the public sees  .. this way you can tell if you have fixed the problem or if it still exists..

7. If it still exists.. I would just sign out of the Yahoo site and wait 24 hours and see if your pages have been restored to a working state.. Sometimes we just have to let them heal themselves if they can.

If it doesn't work (it has been a buggy feature on Y/A) or the option is missing, put a full link in your "About Me" section.

- Click "My Page"

- Click the drop down menu "Preview as seen by" at the top right of your 360 "My Page".

- Choose PUBLIC as the permission group and click the "Go" button

- Click the "Top Page" link above your personal profile picture section on the left side.

- Select & copy the FULL web address that appears in your web browser's address bar (starting from the http:// part)

- Paste the address in your Y/A profile's "About Me" section with a space following it. If you have a Simple URL setup, use that instead. Make sure A SPACE follows the address.

The feature to display a 360 link is usually blocked to users who are under age 18. But it is also just a glitch for others.
