How do you make yourself look really healthy? any tips

Im a 17 year old girl

I get sick a lot

Im a bit run down cos Im in year 12 and I work

sometimes my face looks like I have lines (premature wrinkles)

and My eyes look small and tired

and my lips are dry

teeth look not fresh

skin is dry etc

what do i do?

I moisturise a lot etc

  1. get good sleep.

    brush for 2 minutes every day.

    smile.

    try neutrogena morning face wash.

    chapstick, lipgloss, lipstick

    just go for good hygene.


  2. I am in the same position as you (Year 12 etc.). Try to do lots of exercise, it makes you feel more refreshed and energized Drink loads of water, moisturize more, get at least 8 hours of sleep, eat plenty of fruit and have some fun!  

  3. some easy & natural tips:

    - drink plenty of mineral/fresh water

    - drink/consume natural colostrum milk

    - eat lots of fruit, especially in the morning when your stomach still empty/before breakfast; if you dont have time, make it as a juice

    - eat more vegetable than meat (avoid meat as much as you can, or replace them with sea food)

    - sleep well

    - a simple walk in the morning, min. 15 minutes every day

  4. if you stay up late becouse of your job before you should use eye cream, wash your face (b4 the eye cream) brush your teeth(if you have those white strips use those too) and try using body butter

  5. Sleep well (7 to 8 hours), eat well (well balanced diet like vegetables, fruits, grains, beans, nuts, fish, and meats), exercise well (jogging or any sweating sport), and drink plenty of water.

    Most important thing is exercise and evrything else will fall into right place.
