How do you make youtube videos?

Question

I only know how to make picture videos (slide shows)

But How do I get like video clips in there? Like, from a game, or movie. Do I have to download them or something? Is there a site I can go to?

I use Windows Movie Maker. Instead of importing photos, you import videos. So let's say you have a video on DVD that you filmed with your camera. You put your DVD in, save the video then later go on Windows Movie Maker, import a video and then you can add slides and edit it, organize it, etc. Then you finish it and upload it to YouTube! (make sure you save your video under a format that Windows Mobie Maker will take)

you need a tv recorder card that connects pc to the tv for recording programmes.

or.. get clips from other sites such as metacafe, veoh, ..

or.. use a web cam and start recording something... or

Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker(included in your windows machine)  to create new masterpieces.... then save it as video file such as wmv ... finally upload.

this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 video formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.

It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mpg videos with windows movie maker. Ensure you use dvd conversion setting for better quality video.

I use windows movie maker.  If you have windows xp or higher then it should already be installed on your computer. if not google it.

It needs to be in the WMA Format for it to work on You Tube.

Finish editing Movie in "Windows Media Maker"

Click: File

"Save Movie File"

Give it a File Name (Save in Video Folder)

Click Video for Broadband( 512 kbps)

Next

Saves Movie

Click Play Movies Box(Optional!)

Finish! ;)

Now Upload Video To You Tube by clicking the yellow Upload Button on you're Profile and follow on-screen instructions.
