  1. Being a working mother, you don't have time to 'manage stress' you just have to get on with it!

    And make some time for yourself to do things you enjoy when you can.


  2. My sister is chronically ill, and my family life is very stressful because of it. I manage stress through my athletecism. My normal summer day goes like this ( I am a teenager, so no work for me):

    1. Wake up and go running with one of my dogs (I am training to run a half-marathon in honor of my cousin who has A.T.)

    2. Go ride several horses at my barn (I have been riding for ten years, and love training and competing)

    3. Have some 'chill time' at my house for about an hour.

    4. Go rock climbing until 10-11 pm.

    As you can tell, I love to be up and moving, and pushing myself physically. When I don't get a chance to get out of the house, I normally spend hours drawing...I want to be a Forensic Artist 'when I grow up'.
