How do you measure your wrist size? ?

Question

When I measure my wrist size (circumference) I get two different results:

1. 7"

2. 7.25"

The 7.25" i get when i measure at the absolute top of my wrist as close to my hand as possible and the 7" I get when i measure about 1cm downwards from the other spot but its still clearly part of my wrist and real close to my hand too. Which do i use? and is my frame big, med, or small? (i am 6'2)

i think small bc my wrist size is 8 inches and im 6"0 tall so ut either small or medium yah dude im massive my natural body weight is around 232 pounds

hahahah I am 5 ft 6 in and my wrists are 8 and a half inches thick
