  1. put the chocolate in a sauce pan with a little bit of milk and stir until it melts, add more milk for desired consistency

  2. you use cocoa to make syrup, not regular chocolate. here's a recipe..

    Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup cocoa (Hershey's obviously)

    1 cup sugar

    1 cup water

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 dash salt

    Directions:

    1. Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.

    2. Add water, and mix until smooth.

    3. Bring this mixture to a boil.

    4. Allow it to boil for one minute, be careful this does not over boil.

    5. Remove from heat, when this cools add the vanilla.

  4. chocolate melts best in a double boiler.  If you don't have one, you can boil water in a larger pot, then put a smaller pot inside to hold the chocolate.  Stir frequently.  Remove as soon as it is melted or it will scorch.

  5. double broiler or boiler, not sure. If you don't have one, take a pot and put it on the stove with some water in it. Turn the stove on high. take a bowl and put the cut up chocolate in it and stir until the chocolate has melted to your satisfaction. If it is unsweetened, you can add sugar as you are doing this.

  6. put hot water i think
