How do you mod? I know you do it on the computer, but do you need Halo 3 PC?

there is no halo 3 pc and if u mod u will get band i modded halo2 for years it takes aloy of skill. first u will need to mod your 360 than rip the maps to your computer than open them in a numorus amount of programs re patch them burn a new halo dvd and use the modded maps or just mod dlc stuff and send it back to the hdd
