How do you move a photo...?

I have an Olympus FE-340. I put a picture under favourites and deleted it from my memory card figuring I could just used the USB cord to put it on the computer. Um, either I'm not doing it right, or It doesn't work. Please, help me. I just need to know how to move the picture in my favourites to my memory card or somehow on the computer. Thanks (:

In order.  

You take your photos using the camera

You transfer all your images to your computer

You format the card.

Never delete images from your card.  If you fill it too quickly, just buy a second or third card.  Deleting images can eventually cause corruption of the card and its image files.

If you did the last two out of order, you will have to either buy an image recovery program and a card reader and attempt to recover the images or re-shoot.
