    Hello Shackemoto

I understand you want to rearrange modules.

To reposition a module on the same page, on the module's title bar (shows the name of the module) use your mouse to click and hold and drag, up, down, left, right, and release at the position you desire.

To move a module to a new page use your mouse to click/hold/drag the title bar to the tab that you want it on.  Example, if you want to move the Weather module to "My New Page" tab just drag the module to that tab and "let go" or release it.  It's like putting a golf ball into the cup, using a smooth, gentle, and firm stroke.

Yes, you can start with your blank new page tab and add modules directly.

Using "Personalize this page" you can add modules and you can have the same module on multiple pages. For instance you may want the "Personal Assistant" on every page and that's fine.

    Best wishes,
