How do you move from one site to another without losing the firstm one.?

Question

I want to work at home and I have an offer to provide services to clients who call in. I need to be able to access information on the internet, keep that information available and move to another. I need to be able, as an example, to access the IRS web site and then move immediatly to, sets say, the social security site and then go back to the IRS site and then move to a third site, saving the first two etc.
