How do you move game saves and achievements from one profile on the xbox 360 to another profile?

I have been trying to figure out how to move the game saves and achievements from my offline xbox360 profile to my new xbox live account. I have been looking everywhere!! PLEASE HELP ME I DONT WANA LOSE MY ACHIEVEMENTS!!

you can't transfer them over, unfortunately you lose your achievements. :(
