How do you move the comment block on bebo?

Ok i know how yoiu change it, on change modlues or somthing like that, but a couple of my friends have bebo and can move there bebo comments to near the top, however when i try to do it i cant move it as its greyed out, its annoying because i have to scroll all the way down, i just wanna put them in a nice position but i can, so can you help me. thanx allot

The only reason your friends are nearer at the top is because they have less applications than you. You cannot move the comments box.
