  2. irregular sleeping patterns

    constant thoughts of being pathetic and a burden to others

    not motivated to do anything

    reluctant to go to social events e.g parties

    some serious symptoms include: hearing voices in your head, thinking the tv is speaking to you, over 20 hours of sleep per day.

  3. often when ur depressed u tend to blame everything on yourself and your own inabilities and believe it is all your fault for things not going the way you want them to.

    also you may have trouble sleeping, loss of appetite, unwilling to do anything, etc
