You would KNOW by visiting their website and checking on the M & G section there (At least that is what I do when looking into that kind of information about bands I actually listen to...)

Check their website. They should have a tour section that lists their tour dates as well as M&Gs

find out from your local radiostations that have contests. you cant really buy a pass for meet and greet try to win one. llike i said radio stations are a huge help. I know i talked to this one guy from a radio station and said that they weren't coming to my state so they set up a contest to fly people to a concert for meet and greets.
