  1. put your backfoot on the edge of the board, your front foot  about 1/3 from the top then put your weight on your back foot and slide your front foot closer to your backfoot

  2. 1. place your back foot on the tail and your front foot where ever its comfortable some where behind the front bolts (the farther back the higher the potential of the ollie but less control)

    2. shift most of your weight onto your back foot while leaning just a bit forward.

    3. bend down

4.jump up off of your back foot to pop the tail down and have it bounce up.

5.slide your front foot up the board with more of a rolling motion done on the side of your shoe

    6. almost at the exact same time as step 5 bring your knees up to your chest to allow the board more height

    7. straighten your legs slightly to bring the board down in a controlled landing.

    8. finally as the board hits the ground bend your knees once more to absorb the impact

throughout the ollie you must keep your shoulders straight and lean forward slightly. dont get frustrated itll take time some people it takes a month or too just keep practicing remeber itll be worth it once you land your first ollie

the only way your going to be able to ollie is if u can take these 8 steps and make them into one smooth motion
