How do you on myspace put your music,movies,t.v.,etc, in scroll boxes.?

what i mean is so its not all the way down the full page. its contained in a little scroll box so you can scroll to see the persons music. iv seen it done before but i can never find out how.

you could always use a drop down bar,

its the most easiest.

for each band/artist you want to put in you have to start the name with <option> like this.
