How do you open this floss?!?

The container is circular and made of metal..my dentist gave me 3 of them and I can't open them!!! Please help

Lol chappy. these containers dont open the floss comes out a hole in the side as to what i remember about those kinds. If its not coming out throw it away its a dud. but thats how it comes out is the side hole

Edit-if that top is popped up then i think you need to push it down but im not sure

the floss should be coming out of an opening (you do NOT open the container)

it should be near the cutter or on the side I don't remember.

if the floss is not coming out you may have to throw it away. I'm not sure but I don't think you can open it at all.
