How do you open up a yahoo message board for a stock?

i own JASO - the stock is highly traded and has been making new highs - so i know there is a community of traders that would like to discuss this stock, but yahoo doesn't have one for it.

does yahoo have to do it, or can users open it up?

I am sorry to tell you that you are not able to create a message board using only html. I know, it sucks. You have to use something like php to write the message board data to a database or files on the server.
