How do you overcome a craving? ?

i usually keep healthy food in my apartment, but i mostly crave food at night and that bad. ive been munching on fruit hoping my craving would go away, but i finally gave in. right now im eating one of the weight watcher meals which isnt really bad, but its just so late.

  1. every time u do crave..

    hav water

    carry bottle of water with you and when u feel hungry

    hav water.

    it would make u full by not eating anything.


  2. try to sleep before the craving comes

    and if you REALLY crave it

    then only eat A LITTLE

    that way you eat it

    but in controlled portions

    and if you DO eat a lot

    then dont sleep right away

    that will only cause you to gain weight  

  3. oh my goodness, I experience this same exact thing. One thing that I learned is that when you are having a craving its because your body is missing some nutrient and it makes your brain crave all sorts of things when you just missing a vitamin. So maybe during the day your eating was not balanced and you are missing a certain vitamin and now that is late and your calm and your brain is telling you that you are hungry for weight watchers meal but really you need vitamin b or something. I know it might sound weird but its true. What I do is tell my self that is just going to sit in my stomach all night.. so sometimes I am strong and do not give in and other times not so much. But the more you do something the easier it gets.
