How do you overcome laziness ? And how do you manage time better?

I struggle to do my uni assingments and I sleep way too much. How can I change!

    You have no self-control and no self-discipline.

    The first step is to recognize this. The next step is to learn how to schedule.

    You want to sleep better? Exercise. It'll put your body back into the right rhythm.

First look through the food you eat.A good energy giving diet is very encouraging to the body to get up and go.Change your mental attitude to become an achiever.A mind set is very important to get you going.You may be surrounded by a lazy surrounding giving you a negative feeling.Play sports,enter crosswords,play chess,do social service,be helpful to your parents,don't sleep too much and much more.

    I wrote a slogan on the wall that as soon as I opened my eyes it read

    "GET UP YOU LAZY b*****d"

    I am a successful men today with a university degree and a flourishing   manufacturing company.I still wake up as soon as my eyes open and start work


  4. You really have to be disciplined and try keeping a diary and plan out what exactly you want to achieve and then allocate specific times to do various different tasks and then stick to it. Good luck
