How do you overcome loneliness?

I feel as if im beeing ripped apart from the peole i love! but in fact they are only a 4 hour plane flight away!

Good question and I don't know. I might be beside my family and friends but I still feel lonely.

i know how you feel. a way you can look at it is that the part that you still love about those that are not near will forever be in you, in your mind & heart. that is what keeps me going. keep yourself busy on y!a, t.v., or somehobby, work or volunteer work. love like a rose is a beautiful blossom but the thorns can hurt. the ultimate test of love is learning to be there for them but ultimatly also giving them their freedom. freedom to continue w/their lives wether they are next to you or just next to your heart.-blurey
